A Meditation Experience That Changed My Perspective

A Meditation Experience That Changed My Perspective June 28, 2026 Today, during one of my meditation sessions, I experienced something that felt both profound and deeply personal. As I settled into meditation, I first noticed a numbness spreading through my body, followed by a gentle vibration across my skin. My intention was to visualize new ideas for my business—specifically, how to improve the design of my shops, make them more accessible, and create a better experience for everyone who visits. Despite my efforts, no ideas came. My mind remained still. Then something unexpected happened. It felt as though my inner being gently redirected my attention. In my mind's eye, I looked upward and saw a single bright star shining in the sky. At that moment, I experienced an overwhelming sense of connection. It felt as though I was connected to the entire universe. A powerful energy flowed through me, filling me with excitement, confidence, and a deep sense of strength. ...

🌿 DMT Research Overview and Observational Notes on Possible Plant-Based Effects

🌿 DMT Research Overview and Observational Notes on Possible Plant-Based Effects Introduction Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is a naturally occurring compound found in several plant species around the world, including certain Acacia and Mimosa trees. Scientific research shows that DMT is a strong psychedelic substance that affects perception, mood, and awareness by acting mainly on serotonin receptors in the brain. How DMT works in the body Studies indicate that DMT interacts primarily with the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor system , which plays a major role in perception and cognition. When activated, this system can cause: Strong visual and sensory changes Altered sense of time and reality Emotional shifts (intense fear, peace, or euphoria) Changes in self-awareness (ego dissolution experiences) Physically, it may also cause: Increased heart rate Dilated pupils Changes in breathing patterns Nausea in some cases (especially in plant-based preparations)...

THE FULL CYCLE INFORMATICS

THE FULL CYCLE INFORMATICS Understanding Intelligence from Human Pain to Intelligent Robotics Powered by Robotech Digital Solutions Authors Brian Muema Head of Material Science Informatics and Integration Zacharia Chege CEO, Programmer & Robotics Engineer Introduction Human beings and intelligent machines share one fundamental principle: they continuously receive information, process it, learn from it, and respond to their environment. A human touching a hot surface instantly withdraws their hand because millions of neurons transmit signals through an incredibly sophisticated biological informatics network. A robot equipped with temperature sensors, servo motors, artificial intelligence models, and adaptive software can perform a remarkably similar process. This connection forms what we call The Full Cycle Informatics —a framework where materials, data, software, mechanics, intelligence, and feedback operate as one continuous ecosystem rather than isolat...
